I`ve just finished doing above said box with the hard reset described by abbs2002.there is no need for the funcard method.As abbs said you will need 2 people to set it.Abbs probably forgot about the standby button,hold that in as well as the left,right,and ok...then do as Abbs said boot up etc.I am in pure and done it less than 1 hour ago.If it dont work the first time try again as it took me a few times b4 it kicked in.....good luck

Still no luck, tried everything.

The signal level is poor as it cant lock on due to NetID not set. I have tried another box on the cable feed and that is fine. signal level good and works straight away.

All I can think is that there is a problem with the box.

Try plugging the feed into the coax connector inside the actual box.

I guessing that the tuner has gone pop in this box. Cant see why this would happen though.

are you using spliter? do you another box to try?

not using a splitter, just done a sammy 2100 and a pace 4010 and they worked and set net ID with out any issues, so I know that the connection is fine and signal strength is good.

I am putting it down to a screwed box. As I cant think of any way to change the NetID,

Like you said maybe the tuner is gone m8, I would leave it connected to for few days and see what happens, it might just kick in.
