Default Kryptview a750 channel problem

Just recently when i try to flick through the channels, it will only flick through certain ones. Say ive been watching a music channel, when i try and scroll through to the movie channels, it will just loop the music channels. However, if i turn the box of and on again, it works. Just wondering if its a button im maybe pressing by mistake? or if anyone knew what was up with it.

Many thanks
