Default 2 Modems on 1 Feed

Is it possible to run 2 modems by splitting the feed? Anyone tried it using 2 different macs or even 2 modems with the same mac?

cheers

Splitter will work fine
using the same mac wont

what are your trying to accomplish ?

if its double spead then you need a dual wan router or wingate setup
If it just for another modem say for an xbox or another pc then its easy enough to do

You can run two modems from the same feed, just make sure you use different macs on each modem.

You can run 2 modems on the one line, you will need to give them individual MAC's.

If you want to use them both on one PC you will need a load balancing router or an old PC to use as a router running either Wingate or a roll your own linux solution using IP Tables. I would highly recommend the Linux option.
