Default Yahoo Messenger

After I reinstalled windows and Yahoo Messenger, it doesn;t work anymore. It says something about icm32.dll file. This file is already in my /windows/system32 folder. I dont know how to fix it. Does anyone has any idea about it?

Someone just suggested me at another forum that delete the icm32.dll file from c:\windows\system32 folder and then go to MS DOS prompt and then go to this path c:\windows\system32\dllcache and delete the icm32.dll file from there too (Thats because windows doesn't show dllcache folder), now come back to windows and copy the new icm32.dll file to system32 folder and it will work. I did that and guess what? My Yahoo messenger is working

Thanks weblord too for your time.
