Hi,

I've just downloaded 4.57 successfully, scanned for channels successfully but when I 'download' my previously saved, new type channel dump to the Box it completes successfully after 100%, resets but then goes back to the Language selection menu and I've to rescan again! Very weird. Anyone know where I'm going wrong? I'm using a USB to Serial lead but that seems to work fine. Do I need a factory default first BEFORE I load my channel dump file on to the Box? Advice is very much appreciated!

yes its best to do a default reset first, this wipes out all channels etc. (but I'm not sure thats what your problem is)
when you download your channel dump you need to be disconnected from TV etc.

Smoggy I'm an idiot. I was downloading the NEW channel dump and not the converted OLD channel dump. Thanks for getting back.
