modem is flashed with sigma i have all lites on and eveything seems to be all rite i even have a lease for aweek on it but i still cant get on line with it any one know what i am doing wrong

open a dos window ( windows start - run - type cmd in box - dos window opens type

does it ping or time out, if it pings might be a trojan or something in your browser
