Default card removed

I had a box come to me yesterday when the card is inserted all i get on the eng menu is removed.

any ideas?

Hi

Could be a faulty card reader have you tried other cards to see if its same message. If so could be bent pins. Im sure theres a tut for removal and repair. Have a search for I think edcases card reader removal tut.

Is it from leeds area, funs been hit there with new software upgrade, and are giving this message. the new upgrade wipes the extheep off the fun.

its an explooer 4200, nah its from the west midlands never been modded before also has the original VM card in. i just plugged up and into eng menu and got that

go to page 9 in eng menu should say smart card inserted // on page 2 does it give you your credit limit //on page 3 does it give you nag serial number

on that menu when i put the card in it stayed as removed and came up please wait then nothing.

Credit limit was 00.00

Trooperlee what firmware is the box on now is it 3.7? Do you have a Rom 11 /10, Tit or opus you can try?

i wouldnt have a clue what FW is on it!! it has the original VM card in it. i have a active VM card in the box i pay the subscription for

Hi

I think on page 2 (not sure on these boxes) it should say firmware revision or similar which will say like 3_6 or 3_7 and other things.

Try another card and see what message you get.
