hello all..
can anyone help with this query. i'm a V!rgin customer and I have V!rgin broadband orginally installed into my back room a few years. runs lovely and gives me 10meg broadband all paid for and above board. i then got V!rgin tv installed for there FREE tv package.. tis connection goes into a different room (living room) therefore meaning we have TWO white boes within the house.. I've read somewhere about people having 2nd and third modems. my question is - can I add a 2nd modem to this second white box in my living room (the one with just TV feed on it) if so.. how? preferably i want to add a modem and the wireless router supplied by virgin to give wireless across the house. MANY THANKS!! :-) |

VM will only provide you with one internet connection per property. If you would like a second connection, then you will have to roll your own.
Plenty of information to be found here! |

'my question is - can I add a 2nd modem to this second white box in my living room (the one with just TV feed on it)
if so.. how?' You need to add a splitter to your TV input cable feed. This will give you a spare cable output to plug into your modem. |
