Default DeskTop Snap Shot Software

Hi All,
Can anyone recomend a free desktop / section of desktop snapshot programme.
I was using GrabitPro on XP but it wont work on Vista

Why not just use the print screen button for a full screen print or use ALT + Print Screen buttons to capture the active application. Then just paste into word or whatever application you are using

I am using Hypersnap6 which is fine for Vista and Win 7.

this works, save it in paint to get an image file, you'll get the whole desktop, unless your reffering to a desktop recorder?
