My Eurovox Max v has suddenly lost its signal on certain channels and i am not sure why. The channels i can pick up are also weak and keep flickering on and off. I have the box for 2 years now and never had a problem before.
Can anyone help me please, i have tried updating channels, factory reset, checked cables, re scanning. Still nothing seems to work.

are you paying a subsciption ? eg: tv or broadband

Yes i pay for the basic package, and the virgin box is working ok. I have 2 eurovox boxes one up stairs and one down and there is no splitter they both have there own connection.
