Yes, but when Test Cricket was on BBC and C4, they often cut away for Horse racing and/or Tennis meaning that you couldn't watch the cricket at all, even if you paid.
That's why the rights went to Sky in the first place - don't blame Sky, blame the BBC & C4 for buying the rights and not showing the full game.
