Hi,

My Virgin Pace 4000 box has stopped working today.

I'm totally new to this, but is pretty much exactly a year since i got it, could it have expired or something?

What steps should i take now?

Thanks in advance

The second great first post of the day.. -_-

Try this: Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums - Search Forums

If you show you have tried to find the answer first, then people are much more likely to help you, I doubt anyone here will be willing to spoon-feed you, so read up, then ask questions!

Good luck.

Use a different funcard and see if that make any difference.
