Yep, TV ok now. Internet never went off where I am, dunno about other parts of Nottingham tho.

It was a TV outage in the whole ex- Diamond area of the E. Midlands due to an outage at Nottingham.

my freeview box does not seem to be working aswell the only channel i get on my freeview box is 105 and sky sprts news its a v box and when i connect my chipped box none of my channels are coming does anyone know how to solve this problem ?

None of the channels are coming? Not even freeview ones? If so, it sounds like you have a very bad signal. Check in the EM, 33db is roughly what you should be getting I think.
