hi still learning what are blank cards for am i on the right site to be asking this question sorry in advance and please feel free to correct me.

Blank cards? Cards, like the gamma, Titanium etc. are sold without the necessary software loaded to open channels, for legal reasons, but the required software is available for the owner to program the card himself using a card programmer, like the Infinity, Cas 3+ or other.
