Help me please dbox2 + 1 lincsat problems

Hi

I have a nokia DBOX 2 which i flashed tonight with Lincsat beta 7.25 full and now when i switch the box on the loading screen with the virgin logo comes on and then the box just turns off i turn it back on and it happens again.



I thought i would try to update a Nokia Original DBOX with the same image but 1x version and that box no longer works properly - when i turn that on a purple screen appears and says ucodes could not be found please upload them via ftp or DBOX bootmanager then restart your dbox. I cannot connect to this box anymore even though im using all the correct ip address settings to use with flash fxp it just doesnt want to connect to this box.

Can anyone help me please pref with my Nokia DBOX2 but any help for either would be appreciated.

Nokia Dbox2 only use the 2x image , you need to use the IFA to flash a proper 2x image , i personally use the blade image for now because it has the best EPG , just add the magic files and your up and running ( leave it on a movie channel for a min ). Commando 11 is a good image but with poor EPG awaiting a upgrade

Hi i got the NOKIA DBOX2 working with IFA flashed BLADE TRINITY XENAFAN AU FIX AND KEY COPY 27042008

I did a service scan and found all the channels but when i go to view them all i get is a black screen.

Can anyone assist with this problem - I chose this image as i thought it would be good because it has Automatic update for the keys!

I had the same problem with my dox2.The kind people of this forum pointed me in the right direction. Have you read up on the nagra files? etc

Yeah but which ones do i put on the april08 fix or november08 roms 7 10 11 right? but anyway i believe the image i have has all those included allready

Hi all

I have addred the real magic files to the correct locations on the box and still i get a blank screen. Any ideas?

Is there a image out there that has all the magic files and everything allready on it and i can just flash my box with that one?

Have you changed the attributes of the evocamd & mgcamd to 755 ( within flash fxp or similar , right click , attributes , change to 755 ). leave on a movie channel or other subscription channel for a few Min's and should work

Where do i find the evocamd and mgcamd files i need to change?
I will be using FLASH FXP
