Pressed the red button on the box by accident and put the box into standby and left it for about 30 mins, when I put the box back on it had rescanned all channels and it picked up a few extra channels also, it has tuned in lots of HD channels, Channel4 HD, Eurosport HD and Discovery HD to name just a few, when I try to watch a HD channnel it just gives me a blank screen.

That's because it IS NOT a HD box.

any chance i could get the freq's of the HD channels?
