Hihi

while working on an update to my software, adding mac changing for the scanner and haxorware support I ran into a snag

Namely it ignores the commands to set the Annex to EuroDOCSIS and stays at DOCSIS, even when it appears to be correct in telnet and web interface, it will not lock to the downstream frequency...

The only way to make it lock seems to be to change it to somethign else in the web then change it back to EuroDOCSIS

Anyone got a solution to this? If I can't find one then the software won't be able to completely setup the modem as the annex will have to be set manually from the web interface (once)

Try re-flashing the modem or upgrading to rev32 using the firmware upgrade option in the Haxorware GUI.

Ah, didn't know r32 was out, thanks, I'll try that and post again if it doesn't work

Hrm, no edit option, oh well

No, the bug is still present in 1.1 r32, refuses to lock on when I set the annex, even if it was correct to start with and it's only being set to what it should be, it screws it up, heh

I don't have a 250 here to check on atm, but from memory I think the web interface was only setting annex_a or annex_b in the non-vol, and I had to manually set the cm_annex in non-vol for it to work

I think I remember haxor likes non-vol to spec annex other
