Do me a Favour, Open ProgDVB, blind search this exact frequency, of your TW area, you should get it......
Freq: 508000 KHz Sym: 6952 Mod: 64QAM If you dont get anything, your card is whacked lol |

Okay this seems to work, I took the computer down stairs to a different point. Scanned everything and it found all the chans. I then took it back to the original point that it hadn't worked on and it could view all of the channels that it had found downstairs.
However the pictrue was totally black. Got rid of the ATI video parts and everything worked! Thanks for everyone who helped. |
