What can you see on the front of the box?

Can you access the EM? Also, what cable area are you in? The t version of PACE boxes only works in Telewest if i'm not mistaken?

im in tw the box was workin fine till we had a power cut now it wont come on just stuck on pace on lcd screen

Just had this problem changed the caps and its working again.
