Default flashing help please

first of all great website and keep up the good work!!!!

i live in leicester and i have the bog standard 2mb broadband. could anyone please tell me how to flash my modem so i can get 20mb. i have a flashconn modem.

Your modem cannot be flashed unfortunately.

If it was your subbed one you would want to leave it alone anyway if you have a look on ebay and search for haxorware then you can pick up pre flashed modems quite cheap!

Alternatively you can get a ambit 250 or 255 quite cheap and flash it yourself see the laymans guide to flashing cable modems if you need instructions on how to do it.
