I use ********** Premium and I also use newsgroups but I haven't subscribed. I use nzbsrus which gives me 5 downloads per day upto 20 days old, that's the only downfall but it is very good for the latest XBox 360 games.

you get on newsgroups exactly as you get on torrents, its just alot faster, and usually appears on newsgroups first
