You have to use an Unlooper and a program called sidewinder , BK is box key you need this along with a IRD code to pair a newly written card to the box. You can get your IRD by entering you nagra serial number into windows scientific calculator and converting it to hex this will give you ie. 3E ** ** **

You can use the card again once you have retrieved the BK information. Make sure you write down the bk on the box afterwards , should you loose this information your box will be a doorstop

An Unlooper and a card reader/writer capable of Phoenix mode , are a must in your hacking toolkit. You will then be unlocking and reprogramming cards mate

If you are doing just 1 card you can find some1 near you to unlock the card for you, coz if the card has taken a hit you will not get the right BK and the box can not be used, so hopefully your card is ok.

sorry to but in ....BUT.....just unlooped a rom11 card, from the dreaded 2110C, its unlocked fine but gave me a BK starting 6D ** ** ** ** , Grrrrrrrr i cant remember if this is the false BK . im sure it is ...PLZZZZ some1 say o.k // if it is false is it worth a go ..lol....
