Question Missing several Channels The Box Super USB

Hi

Installed my new The Box Susper USB reciever lastnight. After fidling with it for a while managed to get most of the channels working on it. The box is flashed and my area is croydon (south London old Nt* area and current V*gin).

I dont understand why I can get most of the channels and not all. Im missing all of the SK* moives channels, plus Z*e TV, Z*e Cin*ma etc.

I did auto scan on freq 411.000. & sr 6952

Any Suggestions will be well appreciated.

no dont input anything just do a auto scan if that does not bring them up do a direct scan ie remove your splitter cable stright from the wall to tv lets us know results please you would be as well doing a factory reset before you try again

Connect the cable before the splitter to your box factory reset and scan again
