Hi, ill explain my situation i have moved my subbed box from my parents house to a flat of mine as at the moment Virgin will not make me a customer (Long Story) i was wondering why the Modem light flashes i have moved the box from Fife to Edinburgh the box works fine in Fife beign able to order films etc and Iplayer. The NETID was exactly the same.
is there any settings i can change?

Can you watch TV? I.e. freeview channels?

Hi yeah i can watch all the channels including the subscibed ones. but i love to watch iplayer and the music on demand.

modem flashing is the talk back, if flashing means CUT OFF or the signal is so bad it cant lock on to the network

may be at your flat you have an old annologe isolator on your wall inside that can stop return path // or it may be an signl issue in the cab outside
