How to use MD unlooper

Sorry, but not sure if i'm posting in the right forum.
I am complete novice at all this but my curosity is getting the better
of me.

I have a pace 2000 with original nthell rom10 a86. I purchased
mikedata-unlooper to unlock the card.
i connected as per instructions. This is where the instructions confuse me.
It says to run winexplorer, and a window opens up. Now, does it read my
card here or do i have to run something else like a script which i can open
but thats about it.
Read a lot of threads but did not get any where.
Is there a step by step guide in this?
Yes the the card is paired with the box.

any help/directions appreaciated

You are definitely in the right forum m8, first of all get your self sidewinder unlocker and sidewinder get me BK, check the download section for them.
Before you connect your unlooper get a small screwdriver and turn the pot clockwise till you hear a click then turn it back 6 full turns unticlockwise.
Connect you unlooper to you PC and run the sidewinder application you should get message top left hand corner saying com 1 has been opened then insert you card, ROM 10 A86 it can be a bi*ch so be patient m8, so when you start getting -----+--- something like that, that means the application is working just leave it for a while, check the VCC it should be 19 or 1A, it might take a while to unlock it but it will m8.
If that don’t work then look for ROM 10 A86 scripts that will help you unlock the card.

I ran a vcc analyzer script that was came with md-unlooper.
I got output with like:- vcc 30: +++++++++++ 6f = 100% ff = 0% and so on
until vcc 23 where i got +++++XX+++++ 6f = 83% ff = 0% there were a few like
this with the XXs rest had ++++++ 6f = 100% ff=0%.
right at the end i get vcc ceiling: 11 and floor: 0B.

is this right? am i heading in the right direction?

I ran the above with card inside and had a green light flashing on the un-looper.

Keep running the VCC analyser and turning your pot until your VCC reading is 1A, then run the script mate.

You'll get the hang of it in a couple of goes.

BTW, make sure the unlooper is on Bank A.

o.k. i have tried a few times and got 1A=83% 19=100. is this correct setting?
or does the floor and ceilling vcc both have to be 1A?

when you run the VCC analyser u wana get somethig like this
1A--------------------
and that is when ur unlooper is ready to unloop rom10 a86. now you have 3 options
Mikedata Script (you need to run this with winexplorer)
sidewinder unlocker
sidewinder get me BK
and wait till it unlocks the card
BTW it coul take a minutes to may be 2 days or more so the trick here is to be patient.

PS: I personally would use sidewinder get me BK

I ran mikedata-chartman a86 and bod script may 2007 a86.xvb

It keeps coming up with :- card didn't response correctly- please re-set unlooper....
script will now exit...oh dear

So i guess the card doesn't like md-cm script. I am still looking for the sidewinder.

since could not get the sidewinder script, i ran
the mikedat script.
i keep getting

and above on the script follwing is high lighted in red:-
ird=ird + hexstring(sc.Getbyte(byte),2)

my vcc is set to A1

Can anyone help me, as to what the problem is?
am i running the correct script?
