Hi. One last thing. I took the card out of my V+ box last night and after that every time I changed channel I got a warning message saying "No smartcard detected, etc, etc". Can I make this messagego away permanently because it will make channel surfing a real pain in the a*** ?

Nope you can't, it will come up all the time until you insert a card that has the correct IRD. Just make up a MOSC or Fun that has your IRD on and that message will disappear .

Ok,

We have a Samsung box, assume its the 2110C.

We cancelled the upstairs 2nd box, which was £5 per month, we still have the box and its still connected. Eventually the warnings after selecting a channel went away. Only a few freeview channels available.

Is there anyway i can view the box key with the box plugged in, to see if the car is knackered. If it is, ill ring virgin up and get the box put back on for another month (£5 with no connection fee).

They could see it on the network last time, wanted to send an engineer round but i forced them to do if there end as it was already setup, and they could see it.

Imagine its same thing around again.
