sorry to be thick.. but all i know is my ISP is VM and i live in Stafford and i'm forcing and it works.. i hope someone can figure out the rest lol.. hope that helps

Just to clear some things up i never did this list i got it from another forum and it states middlesbrough can be forced and it can't i forgot to metion this.

I have list of MACS from my UBR if snyone wants to swap. Also can I use MAC from any UBR from say 60 miles away or has it got to be next town etc.
