Default VM Internet - P2P Issues.

For example, if im retrieving files from the internet (P2P or genuine sites) sometimes i have issues where i have to reset the modem (blue VM one) to get the internet to reconnected.

Current setup is

Cable --> VM Modem --> Belkin Wireless Router --> 3 laptops

So, its a right pain in the ass, as the router & modem are stowed away away from the kids.

Any ideas, been like this for a bit. This is the 2nd router as the wife smashed the first in a mood..& cost me £50

Sounds like you may be getting too many incoming connections from different sources at the same time.
