Default 1 modem is dropping one is ok

got 2 modems in my house and the one in my room keeps dropping off?

I looked at the one in the other room and is running ok on wireless for days, no worrys and is at -4 at the signal, in my room my box runs at -11 and my modem is -9 and works great in the day to about 9-930 and then just goes off.....

it says operational in hax screen and is locked on when I look at modem, just no net??? tried as well 3 diff macs, same i get on net for 2 mins, then it just seems to go again? so I have go wireless from the other one

any ideas?

is this your sub modem ?

both are modded modems, the modem i have , have had for 6 months all ok, just moved last week. I had to change the mac of course and been working great for a whole week, now last few days this issule

possibly try different macs again.....

just have, with 4 others, same, no net , im using the wireless fromt heone in the other room at mo

ok update, i did a scan bruteforced for new macs, tried 6, straight away online, got google up ect, 1 min later cant get no page, modem still ok and locked and says in hax page operation, tryed straight to pc as well as straight to router and out

still playing up, only thing now could be low signal?

i have the same problem sort of,i have a modem that n*l never turned off,it was working for 6 years on with speeds of 20mb lol,it was not modded but for some reason it worked,but today it stopped working i think the modem it self is broke,so i used the mac address in a modded modem i did and it looks like its connected all lights green but wont connect on my pc,however any other mac address will work

very werid i will try with the other modem later

Try changing your NIC MAC, they may have blacklisted this from the network. Or found out that your not meant to be getting the net on that MAC anymore.
