Yeh the wires are a problem, got all mine tied back and running down the neck of the stand.......had to drill a 2" hole through the wall for the PC cable as well.
Mine sits on a wooden unit with only a tabletop stand so the bulk of the wires are behind the unit.
Also split the ring main into 2 double sockets for it all.

Yeh, Im going to add another double socket so that I can loose a few multiple adapters.

Im going to get some cable wrap and tidy them up this weekend, looks a mess but what a screen

Laters.

PS,

Hopefully will also get hold of a surround sound system and some speakers on stands to add to it as well.

I wasn't to worried about the sound being "surround" I just wanted something with plenty of guts so I got the 300 watt 2.1 system from Creative.

If I have the speakers behind and use the TV sound as well it pumps out big time.......I have the PC audio out plugged in as well for mp3's. Most of the systems I looked at didn't have that "THUD" unless I looked at the dearer ones, dosh.
Only drawback is it's not IR remote, comes with a cable.
