You want to look for "Network ID". Check the Net ID list on this site and see if the Net ID on the box matches you area (found on the list). As for the Samsung box, the card just needs re-doing and it will be up and running again.

The Net ID is correct as per the list (41050). When the box is on i don't get any picture but if i change the channel over (on to any channel) and then put the box into standby and then on again i get a picture but no sound. If i then try to change the channel over i get no picture again.
