Default ART & POLSAT channels on pc

Hi all. Wonder if anyone can help me. I am looking to watch these sports channels because they show 3pm premiership and SPL games. I have a laptop i can stream the games from that I will plug into my big tv via the scart socket.

Do you think this could be achieved without too much of a problem?

Cheers guys.
