v+ box burnt out bit

hello guys
my v+ seem to be stuck on ap52 even after 512 blanked,so i thought it might be the tuner or where the lead screws in,but i notice that one of the w9969x chips are burnt out i think i have upped some pics is there a way to fix this by getting a new one or is it screwed thank you
