if you know what frequency these have moved to you can manually add chanels (transponders)

Menu/Installation/User Installation/OK/Pin
This brings up the Fast Install screen
check symbolrate is correct then press exit on the remote and the frequency screen opens up.
On the remote press the green button (CH Edit) and then the red button (Add) this opens a screen where you can input the information required.
Input the channel number, this should be 1 above your highest, (if you have 31 transponders then number it 32)
To change the channel number press info on the remote (this brings up an editing screen)
On the editing screen Input the number you want and then press save
select frequency and using the remote numbers input the new frequency, do the same with the symbolrate
Press OK to save it and you will go to the transponder frequency screen where your saved transponder will be last in the list
Scan your new transponder to get missing channels

this is taken from a post made by smoogy so cheers to smoggy

this is how on a max v

Menu / Installation / Fast Install and press OK (enter pin)
Now press the red button on the remote for advanced install
Scroll down the options and turn Fav Sort off (if you have the nosort firmware on your box this option will not be there and it will be already turned off)
Press EXITon the remote control not OK and the frequency screen appears (if you press OK all your channel order will get sorted back to the default order)
Scroll to the frequency with the channels you want to update
Press OK on remote this will put a tick next to the frequency
Press the Blue Button on the remote to do a manual scan of that frequency
or if you want to update all frequencies press the red button to update all channels

its not very often that new transponders are added, generally the channel is just moved to one you already have so just update all of them
also you should delete the channels that are now not broadcasting
