hi quick question i have a eurovox but virgin are coming 2moz to do some work on cable outside so unplugged eurovox to hide it and put back on the virgin box but virgin box wont work im not sure if i have put cable lead in right bit but only one it will fit into on virgin box is ANT in BOX DISPLAYS LD20 and says virgin will start up shortly but doesnt tried switching off and on and reseting box by holding stanby button but not working still any one any clues plz ??

that connector should come off and you should be left with a screw in connector and screw it in to the proper conection.
