hi just a quick bit of help when i acces the engineers menu on the box to see if the card has been paired it says card never been paired does this mean i have to reprogram the card ??

it means that the box has either taken a deactivation hit or the card has had an ird of 00 00 00 00 written to it by someone other than vm

how would i know which one it has had? and if its had an ird of 00 00 00 00 written what does this mean sorry to be a pain.

well... you now need to ascertain (with a card reader) what bk is on the card. if it starts with 6d and ends in 9a its had a deactiviation hit.

if it has had a deactivation hit, you will need to lift chips of the circuit board to use it for anything other than a freeview box
