Is there any way to unlock the or activate your sim card if they bump you off. any help will do.

I could do with help in unlocking this modem to enable use of any pre-pay sim. Best clue I have so far is called dc-unlocker ( Dc-unlocker | ZTE phones F102/F102i,S2x,F100,F950,F951,Huawei, Modems: Novatel MiFi2372,Huawei: E122,E1780,U3205,ZTE MF170 ), just wondering if there is a free alternative out there on the web!
