Default samsung 2100 down need help plz

Hi,

Samsung boots and shows LD:20 NTLWORLD logo

if hold down ch button it stops on LD:14 then says navigator loading
and proceeds to AP:52

any help getting this back up and running again would be greatly appriciated

Hi

Check your signal all cables are correct and tight, you do have a live signal dont you. If you are sure signal is live then check your netid.

Yes, as said above, AP:52 means bad signal, dodgy coax cable or wrong Net ID/Frequency/Symbol Rate. Boot into the EM and check them to make sure they are correct.
