hi i tried more than 20 times and then pressed the write button and this error came up.....
Opening of COM1 was successful

i think that card is knackered rather than locked

sure ur putting the correct rom image on the correct rom card?

oh, sorry, are you trying to read or write? i thought you were trying to read and didnt read the log propperly.

can anyone tell me which image i should be writing to the card?
I got the bk and ird -bk from boxpc2 and ird off sammy 2110c which im using so i really just need to write an image is that correct? its a Rom11 B0D

Hi

As your card is a rom 11 you need a rom 11 image for your area. Just double check your card should have a number starting 011 at side of barcode to confirm rom 11.

hi yusuf gaz i have finally been able to read card in xncs and it looks like expiry dates are all FFFFF and rights date too. Does this mean its a dates issue? and also how do i now get this card to be written to? cheers thanks for your help so far everyone

Hi

Somehow the dates seems to have got corrupted, from memory you can either write down your bd keys from location I think c40 and c70 and try again in nagra and input the bd keys when prompted.

1st thing is to get your ird and bk once you have written that down you can try and use mrom and the d2c file to sort card out.
