Sammy 2100 Jtag issues :(

Hi guys, I am doing my first sammy 2100 it had NO paired card, so im using my trusty jtag. I have all the point soldered correctly, Ive checked about 10 times!

I have tried pressing down during boot and releasing at ld14.
I have tried pressing down on ld20 and releasing at ld40

I have tried with the VM update and on freshly blanked.

I have the bytes for Pure and C/W set up in BKE 2.2 (tried both)
like so:

IRD =0x20020004
BOXKEY =0x00895934 8
[CW]
IRD =0x20020004
BOXKEY =0x008D6284 8
[PACE]
IRD =0x20040000
BOXKEY =0x20040004

You click connect once give BK starting FF FD then click again and it changes slightly

The box is 3_6v so Ive tried to get BK on and off stream,
but i keep getting the wrong BK. I've progged the card with each one and always freeview only

I do not know the origin of the box, so do I need to use the bytes for where its plugged in now (cardiff) or were it was originally?

Anything Im doing wrong??? can't understand why it wont work and im about to go jackie chan on this thing!!!!

Yes its where you are now!!! not the original local!!

just to refresh your mind? Read though "jtag beginers guide" in download section and the use these bytes below make sure DrvLoad.exe is running in tray

I would also try Jtag while in stream,, if your BK not right. I've had it a few times now that i can only get BK,, when box in stream
just done 2 x 4000t all okay

Yep Mac Mot is running , so annoying can do 4000 series easy!

Will try you suggestions and see if that helps. Im sure Cardiff is Pure NTHell right? Im starting to doubt what I know neva a good thing

Sorry for being vague. I have done 3 sammys about a month ago, one after the other so my mind was set on that task at that time!

I just made sure that I was using the right software "SDT"
others prefer OCD but I stuck with it

I know the doubt that one feels but I do remember getting an absolutly wrong bk at the time and on using the right byte for my area It just came right
I was lucky in the fact that the card on one box was in tact(not hit with deactivation) so I could check my results...

Just keep at it Are you sure you have the jtag set correctly??

what n0.s are you getting what is odd about them? is the ird correct? and then bad BK?

What build version is it???

I would also like to add,before the box is put on line,check what version of firmware is on the box??? because it can effect the way the keys are found.!!!!

I have mac mot running and DRV load open in backround (dont think that make any difference) I have tried SDT but how do you insert the bytes for your area?

Yes if the ver is 3.6 try it with 8 in bytes I am not to sure as it was a while ago m8

That bk doesnt look right

my last 2 sammi bk s look like this
37 92 3B ** ** 11 4A **
94 8F A4 ** ** F2 08 **

I got something simular to ur FE DE ** E7 F4 F0 9F **

when bytes were wrong???
