Default usb unlocked dongle - a few questions

hi guys sorry if this has been asked before but i want to make sure iv got it right. from what i understand, if i get an unlocked dongle and get the right sim card i can get free internet for a year

i just have a few questions:

1. what is the best/easiest type of dongle to unlock

2. is it best buying an unlocked dongle with free o2 sim on ebay (seen them for about £30 - £40) or does anyone on here sell them?

3. is there a download limit or a monthly payment you have to make?

im sorry if these questions have been asked before but i cant find them, thanks in advance charlie

1. I unlocked my Huawei MF627 pretty easy with the software thats available on here. Just make sure you have XP to unlock it. DO NOT USE VISTA!

2. You can do it a lot cheaper by getting a cheap dongle. Welcome to 3 Dongle 4 Free
Dont know if the above site will still give them away for this price. But its still on there.
Then just get an O2 Iphone simcard

3. THere is no download limit or monthly payment to make if you get one of these sims.

Dont forget to top up the o2 iphone sim with £10 and register the sim.

And here are the network setting for the iphone sim on the o2 network.

Has anyone managed to unlock a orange Huawei E160 with just software?
And does it need a generic firmware on it ?
