Hi

You could try this open up box make sure power is off and connect your cable feed to the inner tuner directly, it should have a cable screwed there coming from 1st tuner unscrew that and screw the cable feed direct and see if that helps.

Dont really know whos told you this havent seen it on this thread but dont think it affects you as yours is a signal problem.

If you are unlucky its more to do with a coil on the 2nd tuner that could have burnt out. Have you tried what I said earlier.

Have a look in EM just to make sure your netid symb and freq is correct for your area.

anyways, i have held down up and down and stopped at when it comes to ld14 then what happens is that it goes to "5nd" whats all that about

also i have connected directly to the inner tuner but no luck
by the way i have a samsung 2100c box

Hi

Cherck your scart connection and then try and get into EM and check your netid. You should be able to see EM if you do as what you did before.
