hello need some info on jtagging my eurovox 2007 max

hello can anyone give me info like step by step guide to fixing my old eurovox 2007 max i tried to update firmware and the lights on the front all lit up so i have been told to jtag or change the pwer supply board

Who told you to jtag it mate?
Do you know what colour packaging it was purchased in ?
Blue, Red or Black?

It could simply be bad flash and if you try a reflash might be ok providing you are using correct firmware for your box.

jp2002parry If you have flashed the box you need to make sure the correct firmware has been used, Usually Blue is 2006 Eurovox max, Red is 2007 and correct me if i am wrong Black should be 2008.
Assuming yours is a 2007 model it will be the red firmware you need to flash it with, if you have already tried this then as yusuf gaz says it could be a bad flash, try it again with this firmware, and feedback with results, this way you have eliminated some basics, and then everyone can look at the next options,

OK here goes I have succesfully jtagged a few boxes now but now in a bit of a jiffy, I plugged a working psu supply and used the usual skymax2 but into the writing i got:

Write Flash ADR[7FE00000] LEN[00200000] : Please Wait...
Error writing flash at address 7FE80000 ACK = 00000100
Write Flash END

any help???????
