It was from one of the previous forums that merged with TW a long time ago - it should have been removed but got missed somewhere.

We find things like that from old forums occasionally

alright m8 sorry this is getting stupid I appologie for the previous comments this is not what the forum is for, if we can just forget the previos comments and start again? I will reitterate the point though that I have absolutely no interest in card sharing and just hapened to come accross that post when googling for some general information, to be honest when n3 hits I will probably go down the freesat HD path anyways, so one last time I appologise for the comments and hope it can be forgotten?

Hi Lads,

Thanks for a very informative post. It helped me understand a few things as I am trying to sort out my options with FTA, Multiroom etc.

I was just wondering what peoples opinions were on the best satelite receiver in relation to what is discussed?

Dreambox?
Linux Box?

Anyone who is thinking of c/s'ing Sky UK should be aware that new anti c/s measure are to be implemented in the near future, which will almost certainly knock out site to site shares. Whether it will stop sharing around a house is open to question atm.

Hmmm... I think I may keep my motorised dish now lol. Obviously, in other countries, there may not be such a system out yet. I was looking forward to c/s Sky UK, but maybe not.Well, you might not be able to c/s Sky Germany but others you may be able to share, or am I wrong?
