What's the best place atm to buy cams/smartcards?

Hisat do CAMs, but can no longer pre-flash them for you. Beyond that, ebay is the general place to find stuff (that's where my 3 CAMs and 2 Funcards came from).

eBay cams may or may not be flashable though.. is there anyway to know or ask (like a question about what version Blue Zeta ???)
