Could someone please tell me the list of hd tv channels that I should be receiving through VM with eurovox ex7000? Is sky sports hd available with virgin and if not will it be at some point?
Right now I am only receiving ESPN HD. Thanks |

You should get BBC HD, Channel 4 HD, FX HD, ESPN HD, MTVHD no Sky sports or movies and no plans to air them. Nat Geo HD should be coming soon

Chances are the match you watched wasn't recorded in HD, or if it was, it wasn't edited in HD, but the same would be true of ESPN HD on Sky too. And besides, the image compression on both Virgin and Sky means that neither of them are that great, but I've watched HD content on both and they are comparible. The picture on Skys own channels seems less compressed when compared to channels shown on Sky, but not owned by them. The picture on those third party channels is slightly better on Virgin, but that's only negligable. Sky has more channels, at the moment at least, and are unlikely to ever let Virgin have their Sports or Movie channels in HD. I'm not all that bothered about watching movies on Sky HD because if a film is worth watching in HD then it's worth watching on Blu-Ray
