Try the B09_A3E.d2c Script found within the mosc pack in the download section

Try the above as g80878 said only if you have the box details already, it will clean the card for you and clean the backdoor password m8.

boxgetpc2 will grab your bk even if the backdoors are locked

Wrong COM Port selected or the card is dead. Don't use the A3E_B09 script until you have the BK because this will wipe the card (including the BK).
