its the same track on both the pics anyway.

to cut it, just rive a screwdriver across the track to cut it

I can't understand how I will open the tuner.
Do I need to remove it first and then open it?

yeah, theres a screw holding it to the main board.

it slides off the 2 tuner type connectors conecting it to the mainboard.

you then twist a bit of bent metal and prise the cover off

I used sidewinder to unlock the card and after 40 min it was done with success, but when I run nagraedit it says invalid ATR (com ports are OK).
What this means, is the card locked from the provider?

you need to enable phoenic mode on your programmer

The CAS3 was already set to phoenix mode.
I unlocked the card again with sidewinder and now its OK, I can read it with nagraedit.

Hi all,

So, far I have managed to unlock the card and write the MOSC image. Also I opened the tuner and I cut the track.

But I think that something is wrong..

In Nagraedit I can read the Box Key and the CAM ID, but IRD appears to be 00 00 00 00. Also IRD is the same 00000000 in Sidewinder.

When I insert the card in the box it says invalid card..

Also the remote doesn't work (it is the old ntl remote I use for the 2110c)

Any help will appreciated.

If you got an IRD of 00000000 in Sidewinder, what BK did you get when you read the card? That IRD only appears when the card has been hit and been given a fake BK. You need to enter the IRD as well as the BK. Check the scart block inside the box or convert the Nagra Serial Code (minus the last 2 digits) to hex using scientific mode in Windows Calculator, it will start with 12 as it is a PACE box. As for the remote, it won't work as the blue one is only for Samsung boxes, the black ones work with PACE boxes.
