Pace 4000n black screen on none fta channels

All i get on none fta channels is channel not avalible at the mo, i have tryed new image on mosc, i tryed to update but still the same. I read that i might need to reflow one of the chips but need to try every thing ellse befor i try a reflow.

If you getting channels at all i doubt its a re-flow job as box is logging onto the network. I would check the details you have written to the card , recheck the bk and ird and then check the rights dates on the pink tiers:

use:

Mod date: 1C 21
Begin date: 19 29
Expire: 39 9F
Rights :39 9f

These will last to 2019

Surely he'd still get fta channels regardless of dates etc.

Have you tried to see what you get with the card out mate.

The way i read it ( i think a check was needed before posting ), Is that he is getting FTA

I see what you're saying now ive read it again. Thought he was meaning he was getting none at all.

Had a similar prob myself and it turned out to be the card i was using. I knew that I was doing everything the right way but was not working.

Have you checked that the bk is correct? Could be that.

The box was running none fta till a few day ago so had a good bk, i dont think its the bk... could they of sent a fake bk to the box?? my bk starts 36 04 witch i have read is not a fake bk.

Have you checked the dates on the teirs as i suggested mate?

No its not the dates as i set my dates to 2019 as well.

If you’ve checked the dates like g80878 and they are fine then check the “Rights Identifier, Max Channels” and double check your expire date m8, otherwise use a different image m8, or you can post an image of tier 8 (31) and will have a look at it.

I can post it.....but i have an image that i tryed and am using now to watch tv so i no its good. Ive got a nover working box so its no loss but what are the max channel and rights identifier settings??
