hi i have a pace 1000 phase 1b box i cannot get it to work all that i get is the ntl screen telling me it is doing update nothing more tried to reboot entered the code 4321 and all i got was err-6 please can anyone help resolve this problem

Open up the box and clean the SIMM's contacts and also make sure it is seated correctly.
